The 40m² detached building with a modern design is part of a listed ensemble from the year 1604.
The newly built (2012), ground-level studio apartment has a modern and comfortable interior. You step through the front door into the light, open living room-bedroom with an integrated kitchen and dining space. It has a generous double bed (180 x 200cm). The living room provides a two-seater sofa and a pull-out sofa bed for relaxing after a day trip. The flatscreen TV with satellite channels provides entertainment in the evening. The many floor-to-ceiling external doors and windows afford a view of the garden and allow plenty of daylight in. The kitchen space enables comprehensive self-catering with a four-zone ceramic hob and oven, a fridge, and small electrical appliances such as a pads coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The modern shower room has a walk-in shower with a glass shower screen and a rain showerhead, a large mirror, a washbasin and a WC.
In addition to the enclosed atrium garden, a small part of the garden on the ensemble belongs to the apartment.
Clients who arrive by car, have the possibility to park the car at the parking space "Waitzinger Wiese". It is a 3 minutes walking distance from the property.
