Beautiful holiday apartment with modern furnishing, a terrace and a view of the Moselle

The apartment is on the lower floor of a single-family house and is quietly situated on the outskirts of the Moselle wine-growing town of Pölich, surrounded by fields and hills.

The comfortable apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200cm), a child’s bed (max. 3 years old) and a large wardrobe. The living room has a sofa bed for two people, a stereo system, satellite TV, board games and a highchair. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, toaster, egg boiler, coffee machine, bread machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave. The spacious bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment and a toilet. Under-floor heating ensures pleasant temperatures on cold days. There is also a little storage room.

The separate entrance to the apartment is on the right side of the house. The kitchen opens onto the terrace with garden furniture and a grill. There are two private car parking spaces right in front of the house.

Guests can use the wireless Internet connection free of charge.

The surroundings are characterised by many hiking and cycling trails. Most of them are within convenient access. Pölich is surrounded by vineyards in the beautiful Moselle valley. The medieval Bernkastel-Kues is about 30km away and the oldest town in Germany, Trier, is about 20 minutes away along the motorway. You can go riding and play golf nearby, or visit a swimming lake with minigolf, a summer toboggan run and an adjoining restaurant, accessed along a cycle path. From spring to autumn you can visit many lovely wine festivals in Pölich and the surrounding towns. There are cafes and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk.

    “Die Wohnung war funktional eingerichtet. Abzüge geben wir bei der Dusche.
    Es war eine Badewanne vorhanden, wobei die Duscharmatur so installiert war, dass man mit den Füssen ständig auf dem Abfluss balancieren musste. Kleinere Schimmel- und Kalkflecken.”

    “Positiv: Een zeer vriendelijk ontvangst van de eigenaar met een goede uitleg over het huis. De woning was ruim, heel schoon en zeer compleet ingericht. Ook was er een fijn terras met goede tuinmeubels en ligbedden aanwezig. Vanaf het terras/tuin een mooi uitzicht op de wijngaarden en de Moezel!”
