Lista is known for its unique nature with long beaches and is an eldorado for windsurfers and divers. Area is also well known among birdwatchers as it has a unique amount of different bird species. If you want to try your luck at fishing, you do not have to go far, because there are good fishing possibilities right outside the door.

    “Das Objekt ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht: Es gibt induktionsfähige Töpfe/Pfannen und schöne und bequeme Betten. Die Doppelhaushälfte liegt zwischen Meer und einem kleinen Hafen, direkt am Meer, man kann aus den Fenstern die schönen Aussichten genießen. Es gibt einen eigenen Bootsanlegeplatz vor dem Haus. Das Objekt ist im Jahr 2017 erbaut und ist in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand.
    Ein ruhiger Ort zum Erholen, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt ca. 500 m entfernt; man darf direkt vor dem Haus im Meer angeln. In der Nähe ist ein Restaurant (Pizza). Es gibt eine Busverbindung mehrmals pro Tag nach Kristiansand.”
