This exclusive designer holiday villa is nestled into the green landscape along the blue Adriatic coast, a little outside of the picturesque village of Liznjan on the sunny southernmost tip of the Istrian peninsula. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday here with ample privacy in idyllic surroundings and far away from tourist noise.

The generous two-storey holiday villa was newly built just recently in 2016 and therefore provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cool and warm) in all rooms. The living space of 320m² comprises a living and dining room flooded with daylight and with an integrated, open kitchen, five bedrooms and six bathrooms, of which five are ensuite. The living room on the ground floor provides three comfortable sofas, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver, a safe for your valuables and a long dining table with fourteen chairs. The natural wood-coloured built-in kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, an induction hob with a cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. On the ground floor there is also the in-house sauna with a bathroom. All six bathrooms in the house are fitted with a spacious shower cubicle, a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath, a wall mirror and a toilet. Up on the first floor there are the five bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and each benefitting from its own ensuite bathroom. Two of the sofas in the living room can be converted into a single bed (90 x 200cm) for two children. A washing machine and a highchair are available and plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. If you arrive by car you can use the secure, covered parking spaces right in front of your villa on the enclosed site.

Large glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto the 1000m² enclosed outdoor area, where a private pool awaits you, surrounded by sun loungers. There is a convenient outdoor shower. Children will enjoy the playground with a swing. Right next to it there is a heated whirlpool which is ideal for relaxing. The large stone grill on the sunny terrace invites you to enjoy leisurely meals under a blue sky. If you arrive by car you can use the secure, covered parking spaces right in front of your villa on the enclosed site.Your pet is also welcome on request, if you do not wish to go on holiday without it.

Your holiday villa is about 500 metres from the crystal clear sea. The varied blue Adriatic along the south coast of the Istrian peninsula is especially popular among snorkelers and divers. Marlera, the closes beach to your villa, has a good reputation among surfers. It is about 1km t the centre of Liznjan with a range of shops, colourful markets and good gastronomy. The closest shops, cafés and restaurants are only about 500 metres away.
