The 55m² holiday apartment is on the upper floor of a two-storey residential house. The lower floor is occupied by a Croatian family, while the owner lives in the apartment next door upstairs. It was fully renovated just recently in 2015 and provides all modern amenities, including air conditioning units and wireless Internet access in all rooms. The apartment consists of an open living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a very modern ensuite daylight bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa and a wide armchair, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a stereo system and a safe for your valuables. You go through into the white, glossy built-in kitchen with the latest appliances: ceramic hob with a cooker hood, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm), a wall cupboard with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage, as well as a desk. The tastefully tiled ensuite bathroom in cream and brown is fitted with a generous walk-in shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed for one further person
You can make yourselves comfortable on the private sunny balcony with a table and chairs and enjoy the panoramic view over the roofs of the harbour town as far as the sea, or you can spend leisurely evenings under a starry sky down on the terrace in the shared garden. If you arrive by car you can use a secure and free parking space right in front of the house.
Although the owner on the upper floor is always mindful of your privacy, he is available to assist with any queries.
Your apartment is 200 metres from the blue Adriatic and about 500 metres from the nearest beach. There is a supermarket right next door about 50 metres away and it is about 100 metres to the nearest restaurant. It is about 500 metres into the centre and the beautiful old town of Rovinj, with a range of shops, colourful markets, a good choice of cafés and restaurants and the famous St. Eufemija cathedral.
