Welcome to this great chalet located between Sencelles and Jornets. It has capacity for 4 people.

The exterior area is wonderful, offering gardening areas, a salt-water pool sizing 10.5 x 3 metres and a depth ranging from 0.5 to 0.8 metres, a spacious terrace and a barbecue.

The 140 m2 one storey house features two bedrooms with a double bed each, one of the them with en-suite shower bathroom. A cot and a high chair are available in case you are travelling with your baby. There is another bathroom with a shower for the rest of the house.

The living room, dining area and kitchen come all together in the same modern, luminous and cosy space with a TV set, a large sofa, a coffee table and a closed fireplace as well as a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an induction top and with all needed kitchenware to cook your best dishes. You will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, as well as a tumble dryer. Finally, the house is equipped with central heating for your best comfort during the cold season.

Sencelles is about 4 km away, a little and charming village where you will find all basic services for your stay: Supermarket, health centre, pharmacy, bars, restaurants,... Jornets is a little hamlet belonging to Sencelles that preserves a great patrimony and ethnological charm of the past centuries along the twenty-some houses and beautiful narrow streets.

Inca is only 6 km away, a little city well known in the island thanks to the leather shops and factories, the famous Mallorcan restaurants called "cellers" and the traditional street market on Thursdays, which has been taken place undisturbedly since 7 centuries ago.

A just 30 minutes drive leads to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Enjoy a beach day on the fine sand and revel in a cocktail while admiring the sun set. You will find some fantastic restaurants in there where you can taste a delicious paella with spectacular views to the Bay of Alcudia. The promenade in Can Picafort is lively in contrast with the quietness in Playas de Muro. You can also reach the area of Alcudia and the enjoy the little coves of crystalline water. Apart from the north of Mallorca, you can visit the east of the island with sandy or rocky beaches which are perfect for those who love nature.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 26 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

    “Haus liegt sehr ruhig, und ist modern ausgestattet. Nutzung der Terasse sehr eingeschränkt, da nur ein Sonnenschirm, der zudem bereits bei wenig Wind nicht mehr genutzt werden kann (Kunststoffspeichen und zu leichter Fuss). Windschutz für Terasse nicht vorhanden. Pool nicht gewartet und schwer sauberzuhalten. Fischernetz für Verunreinigungen nur zufällig gefunden. Fensterverriegelungen ausgeschlagen, teilweise defekt und schwer zu bedienen. 1 Schlafzimmerfenster nicht zu öffnen. Keine brauchbare Bedienungsanleitung für Alarmanlage führt zu mehreren Telefongesprächen mit der Sicherheitsfirma. Tresor nicht vorhanden.
