Penthouse apartment on the second floor is 90 m² in size and in fact it is a large bedroom with a bathtub, spacious living area, equipped kitchen and a walk-in closet. It is glazed on three sides with large glass walls through which you can go to the spacious terrace. On the ground floor there is a large terrace where you enter the living room and the kitchen, and the inner stairs lead to the first floor with five en - suite rooms, along with their own bathrooms. In the courtyard of the house there is a swimming pool and a sunbathing area with deck chairs. Also, from the yard there are several steps that lead you to the beach with a concrete plateau, where two kayaks are waiting for you to explore this quiet bay.
