Your houseboat is waiting on the Spaarne. This property has its own motor boat, which you can use for a trip on the water or to explore the area. Going into town at night by motorboat and admiring Haarlem from the water is a real must!

Although you will spend much time outdoors with an accommodation like this, you can relax indoors as well. The houseboat is very spacious and makes a cosy impression. In the living room you can sit by the
wood-burning stove for a snack, after having dined at the oak table. The garden of the house consists of a large patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. There is a swing in the tree for the children. The playroom ensures the children can have fun even in bad weather.

From your patio on the water you can enjoy the passing canoes, but also the larger boats that come sailing by. So rural and yet close to the centre of Haarlem (4 kilometres). The capital of North Holland is a city of pioneers. This is reflected in its historical sites and makes a visit to one of the museums very worthwhile.

    “Wir haben im Oktober eine Woche auf dem Flusshaus verbracht und haben uns sehr gut erholt.
    Die Lage ist 1A wenn man Ruhe sucht und die Nähe zum Wasser genießen möchte.
    Allerdings möchte ich anmerken, dass das Objekt einmal Grundgereinigt gehört und die Fahrräder in einen gebrauchsfähigen Zustand gebracht werden sollten. Insbesondere da diese im Mietpreis beinhaltet sind. Deshalb einen Punkt Abzug.”

    “Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Auch der Empfang war sehr freundlich.
    Leider läßt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, wir mußten erst einmal den Backofen reinigen , um uns Brötchen aufzubacken, die Möbel in der Außenanlage mussten auch sauber gemacht werden, die sehr hochwertigen Holzmöbel im Außenbereich müßten mehr gepflegt werden und wenn vom Vorgänger einer der Holzstühle kaputt gegangen ist, müßte dieser repariert werden und nicht das wir nur 3 gleiche Stühle haben und noch einen anderen daransetzen müssen.
    Defekter Campingstuhl lag auch noch vom Vorgänger herum.
