    “Die Wohnung ist schön und hat tolle Lage. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand und auch zur Metro braucht man nur wenige Minuten. Direkt an der Unterkunft gibt es Cafés und Restaurants. Ebenso in 100 - 300 Meter Abstand einige Supermärkte. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber ausreichend. Das Badezimmer ist schön (Bis auf die Badewanne auf die ich nachher noch zu sprechen komme). Daher kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen.

    Weniger gefallen hat uns: Das Backrohr war kaputt (wollten uns mal ne Pizza machen), die Betten haben zwar Bettwäsche, aber keine Überzüge (welche auch nach Nachfrage beim Vermieter nicht gebracht wurden), sind aber sehr bequem. Die Badewanne hat Whirlpool-Düsen, welche aber auch nach dem Putzen nicht mehr so gut ausgesehen hatten, dadurch haben wir nur die Dusche benutzt. Das hätte gerne etwas sauberer sein können.

    Gesamteindruck / Empfehlung:

    Tolle Lage, die Wohnung hat HEIZUNG :) großer Pluspunkt. Sauber & ordentlich (bis auf die Badewanne) für Europäer (Bettüberzug mit in den Koffer einpacken)
    Alles vorhanden & funktionstüchtig (bis aufs Backrohr, wir haben die Pizza dann in der Mikrowelle gemacht). Ausreichend Steckdosen!!! (großer Pluspunkt in Spanien).

    Preis-Leistung auf einer Skala von 1-5 liegt bei 3. Denn wir haben durchaus schon (bei geringerem Preis) besser in Barcelona gewohnt (aber okay, das kann auch an den steigenden Besucherzahlen in Barcelona liegen... wird ja alles teurer).

    Abwicklung: Empfang am Eingang - perfekt. Erklärungen der Wohnung - super. Service nach der Übernahme - eine Whatsapp mit -> ich weiß nicht was Sie meinen, es ist doch alles sauber (weil ich nach Bettdecken Überzügen gefragt hatte) -> somit unzureichend. Abgabe der Schlüssel - einfach und unkompliziert!

    Koffer am Abreisetag: können nicht gelagert werden, die Wohnung muss um 10 bzw. 11 Uhr geräumt werden. Allerdings gibt es am Hauptbahnhof (Sants) eine gesicherte Stelle wo man die Koffer am letzten Tag abgeben kann. Dieser Tipp kam auch vom Vermieter und das rechnen wir ihm sehr hoch an! Hat dann alles super geklappt!”
