It is located in an apartment on the beach, just 3 meters from the stairs to the terrace. On the shore the boat which is included in the rent is. On the terrace you will find a heated hot tub overlooking the lake Stor-Brå (the hot tub can be rented, payment is on the spot). Down there is also the boat that is in the rent included. You have the entire lower floor, which is a self-contained apartment in the house of the owner. In front of the house you can swim excellently and fishing. You can rent a 4.5 hp boat motor directly from the owner. From here you can easily reach Oskarshamn (17 km) and the coast. Oskarshamn offers many activities and attractions such as swimming and boating to Gotland and the legendary Blue Maiden. In Oskarshamn you will also find many shops and restaurants. It offers also good for day trips to Astrid Lindgren's World (59 km), Kalmar (88 km), Oland (95 km) and Glasriket (103 km). In this apartment in Smaland, you can really feel at home.
