Welcome to this cosy holiday home, surrounded by woodlands and set close to a beautiful lake! The house is located outside of Borås, not far from Göteborg, Sweden's second largest city. The cottage is set on an elevated garden plot with several lovely outdoor sitting areas. The cottage is well-kept and has an open-plan kitchen with a dining table and the necessary kitchen amenities. In the living room, there's a sofa bed, a wood-burning stove and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with two beds and the bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower cubicle. Outside, there's a comfortable, furnished terrace from which you have a delightful view of the surroundings. Lake Hälasjön is within walking distance, only 150 metres away. The area offers a number of gorgeous walking paths. The town of Borås is only 7 kilometres from the cottage. In Borås you can visit the zoo and the shopping mall Knalleland. Borås was once Sweden's largest producer of textiles and fashion wear. If you are interested in textiles and fashion, you will enjoy the textile museum. The big city of Göteborg is 64 kilometres away, a distance that takes about an hour to drive. Göteborg offers shopping and entertainment, as well as the big amusement park Liseberg, and the museum Universeum. If you enjoy bargain shopping, the town of Ullared is also within driving distance. Ullared is famous for it's shopping centre Gekå's. People travel from all over the country to shop there. In fact Gekå's is so famous it even has it's own reality TV-show! During the weeks 26-34 the electricy charges are on the owner. Welcome!

    “Den "Umständen" entsprechend war es ordentlich eingerichtet, allerdings sind die Betten nicht "vom Feinsten". Das Papier nach dem Toilettengang in einem Eimer zu entsorgen, ist verständlich, aber nicht ganz unproblematisch. Sodann war der Müllsack für diesen Zweck offensichtlich der falsche (er war grau-schwarz, man benötigt jedoch einen weißen Müllbeutel). Die Müllentsorgung war schwierig, da kein Mülleimer zu finden war, erst nach einem Gespräch mit dem Nachbarn erfuhren wir, dass der Müll in ihren Eimern entsorgt werde darf. Das müsste in den Anleitungen beschrieben werden. Ein Manko ist ohne Frage, dass es kein Wlan gibt und die Ausrichtung des Hauses, die nur von der Toilette einen Blick auf den See gestattet. Bei schönem Wetter, das wir leider nicht hatten, bietet die Terrasse allerdings einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See und gute Erholungsmöglichkeit. Inwieweit der See zum Baden geeignet ist, können wir nicht sagen. Viele Grundstücke, die am See liegen, sind allerdings privat und oft auch eingezäunt.     “Das war super. Kleines gemütliches Häuschen mit ganz toller Lage. Blick auf den See und herrliche Ruhe. Sehr gute Ausstattung...alles sehr sauber. Man kann kurze oder auch lange spazieren gehen...oder in ein paar Minuten an den See zum Baden.
    Ich hab mich total wohlgefühlt.
    Und ja.....ich komme wieder.”
