This cosy two-family house is set in a wonderful villa on the outskirts of Pisa. It has a large park with stunningly inviting swimming pool (available from 9 am – 8 pm) and is shared with ITP532, ITP548 and ITP549, this is the perfect romantic backdrop for your relaxation. The property is located adjacent to the town, with the front side facing the street which is transited by residents. The garden is at the back of the house and is completely fenced. Here is the ideal place to sit back, relax, unwind and soak up the sun and beautiful surroundings. A part of the front garden is enclosed by a large hedge which creates privacy for your evenings under the gazebo. The parking space is outside the property, in a private area with automatic gate. Inside the property can accommodate up to 28 people so is ideal for big parties of friends or family. There are 13 bedrooms and4 bathrooms, each pleasantly decorated, homely and comfortable. On request it is possible to organize weddings and anniversaries with extra services such as cook, transfer and baby-sitting. Upon request and against payment it is also possible to arrange yoga, painting or cooking classes, too. Baby bed and high chair on request. At 6 km distance you can visit the wonderful Calci Charterhouse with an adjoining nature museum which is among the most beautiful in Italy; the thermal baths of Uliveto Terme is 5 km from here, in 10 km you can reach Marina di Pisa with its nice marina that invites to beautiful promenades. The villa is located 2 km from the entrance to the motorway which connects Florence (80 km) and Pisa (13 km), do not miss to visit these charming towns!. In Pisa you can admire the splendid Piazza del Duomo with the cathedral, baptistery and the world famous Leaning Tower. In Florence you can enjoy a breath-taking panoramic view of the city from the square Piazzale Michelangelo. Worth visiting are the church of San Miniato, Palazzo Vecchio, the dome, the Church of Santa Croce and of course the Uffizi Gallery. Not to forget the characteristic narrow streets with good restaurants of the Tuscan capital and the shopping streets. In the same building is the holiday accommodation ITP548. The house owner lives in a separate building on the property. Inside the property there are 4 dogs that are often left free.

    “ligging van het huisje Huisje ligt aan de rand van Pisa, op 8 minuten met de trein, wat ideaal is, zodat je niet met de auto het drukke centrum in hoeft. Ligt aan een smalle, redelijk drukke weg. Eenmaal door de poort, kom je in een grote tuin met een zwembad en grote tuin, met verschillende gecreëerde plekken om te zitten. Hier is weinig tot geen onderhoud aan gepleegd, dus niet uitnodigend om te zitten. Het zwembad zit veel chloor in, met een andere toevoeging, wat een sterke onaangename zure lucht geeft. Onze zoon was er na een kwartier al wel weer klaar mee. Eigenaresse liet eigen familie ook in het zwembad toe, wat het wat ongemakkelijk maakte.
    Het huisje zelf is erg kitscherig, wit ingericht (woonkamer), wat je smaak moet zijn. Niet de onze... Bank en stoelen zaten slecht. Geen horren voor de ramen beneden, zodat je 's avonds niets even iets open kon zetten om te luchten. Aangezien er erg veel muggen waren werd het erg onaangenaam broeierig en rook het naar oud zweet van eerdere gasten. Airco was niet aanwezig, wat een must was. Slaapkamers waren verder prima, met horren voor de ramen.
    Hond van eigenaresse zorgde voor redelijk veel overlast 's nachts.
