Apartment building in a central location with a large sun terrace

Punta Brava - "the wild point" is a point of land at the tip of the black volcanic sandy beach of Puerto de la Cruz, northern Tenerife's second largest city. The picturesque borough across from the famous Loro Parque is right on the ocean.

Here you will find plazas, shops and restaurants, bars and banks, atms, taxis, hair dressers, pharmacies, newspaper agents, a church and a ferreteria, which sells everything but the kitchen sink. It is 30 meters to the ocean and 2 minutes on foot to the beach. You can reach the centre of Puerto de la Cruz by a nice walk on the beach within 20 minutes.

Small holiday flat for two people

The guests of the Casa live in a contorted building in the city, which has adjacent houses on either side and has been renovated with biological and ecological aspects in mind. The small ground floor apartment has been lovingly furnished. It boasts a bedroom with a double bed and a table and two chairs, a living room with a television, a small kitchen unit and a small bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is furnished with a kettle, a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. The apartment is ideal for hiker and active travellers who want to explore Tenerife.

The apartment has access to the inner balcony. The large sun terrace is communally used by all guests. It offers views over the neighbouring buildings onto the Orotava valley on one side and the ocean and Puerto de la Cruz on the other side.

    “Die Wohnung ist sauber, aber sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und dunkel, dafür die günstigste im Haus.
    Schön ist die Dachterasse, die mit anderen Mietern gemeinsam genutzt wird. Und die Möglichkeit seine Wäsche waschen zu lassen.”
