Lovely House in Madroñal with Common Pool
Lovely country house surrounded by a wide variety of local vegetation, with 5.000 metres of gardens and a wonderful swimming pool. This is the perfect place to disconnect from the daily routines, taking walks through the gardens where you could find fruit trees as orange trees and different kind of plants and flowers, as for example, the Protea. You will be amazed to see the swimming pool with 24 metres long where you can swim at the same time that you observe the beautiful landscape and mountains. The house counts with 2 bedrooms, one double with ensuite bathroom and another bedroom with two single beds and a little loft that you can reach by using some wooden stairs. Its kitchen is bright and lively, it is opened to the dining room from where you can admire the gardens. The kitchen counts with everything necessary to make your stay pleasant (microwave, electric furnace, gas cooker, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher and cooking utensils). The living room is wide and it has an access to the garden, as well as counting with heating for the coldest days and air conditioner for the summer. The house is just at 2 km away from the village of San Mateo, with its famous market of fruits, vegetables and flowers where you can also enjoy of the typical Canary dances every weekend. This is an amazing place to take some walks and buy local products of the islands. The golf course of Bandama is very close, just at 5 km away from the house.
