This XV century house with private swimming pool at Moscari, Sierra de Tramuntana, welcomes 7 guests.
Welcome to this house where the porch is covered by green ivy, wich makes the space so special. It disposes of a fantastic private 10m x 5m private salt swimming pool, with a deph range that goes from 0.8m to 1.8m, from where you can enjoy idylic views to the countryside. There are some hammocks where you can relax while having a drink. If you like to cook outdoors, you will enjoy preparing delicious meals at the barbecue. A perfect external bathroom will be perfect for a shower after a good swim.
The property is divided in two floors and it preserves the antique decoration mixing it with a rural decoration. It disposes of a comfortable dining-room, with a gorgeous stone wall, where you can relax and watch a film or reading a book beside the fireplace. The typical majorcan kitchen with vitro hub disposes of all the necessary amenities to prepare your favourite dishes. Also, there is a washing room with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. One of the bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower is located at this floor too. The house has radiators and fans at your disposal.
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and two with two single beds each as well as a bathroom with a bath. You will appreciate the fantastic views and the warm style that will make you feel like at home.
Located at the mountains outskirts, the property is near de nice villages of Selva and Moscari. The athmosphere is ideal to go on route by bike or hiking around la Sierra de Tramuntana. When it rains, we highly recommend to visit the gorgeous Salt de Freu waterfalls. Also, dont miss Lluc monastery, the idylic Sa Calobra cove and the legendary Sóller village and its church from the XII century. If you drive for about half an hour, you will find Alcúdia bay. All the north coast beaches are famous for their thin and white sand and clean water. Inca is also very near and you will find shops or restaurants and everything you might need during your stay.
