Comfortable holiday apartment

Our family house is situated in a residential area of Stobrec, a suburb of Split. Near Split there are many islands which can be visited by renting a boat or taking an organised speedboat tour from very center of Split.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. Please contact our Customer Service if it contains any gaps.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is about 65 m² in size (net) and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed. Two bedrooms with double beds (one is king-size, and the other is queen-size). Both bedrooms with their own loggias. A fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dish-washer. A dining area is in the same area with the living room and is connected with a kitchen via a wide passage. A large terrace with garden table and chairs perfect for dinning in the open. The main bathroom with a bathtub/shower, a washbasin, a toilet, a bidet and a washing machine. There is also a separate guest toilet. The ceiling in the aparrtment is about 3m high, which gives a spacious feel.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children.

For all our guests is available free Wi-Fi internet and an outdoor barbecue. Small additional bed available for children up to 5 years of age. Fenced parking place or a garage is available.

The rocky beach is about 400 metres away, and the gravel beach is 700 metres away. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 600 metres away. Tennis courts and football field are 700 meters away, very near the beach. Golf practice field is 1km away.

Split with its 200000 inhabitants is the 2nd largest city in Croatia. 1700 years old city of Split was built around palace of a roman emperor Diocletian, for which it is becoming well known around the world. Dioklecian's palace was built on the waterfront and for nowdays Split and it's people it represents a second living room. Split is a charming mediteranean town rich with history, with Stobrec itself built on location of an ancient settlement Epetium (Lat.) or Epidauros (Gr.) on the estuary of a small river Zrnovnica. distance from Stobrec to very center of Split is just 7km. The same distance is from Stobrec to famous and beutiful Poljud stadium which is gaining popularity in recent years as the place where famous Ultra Europe Music Festival is held mid-July each year.
