With views straight out to sea, next to the beautiful fine sands of Trestringel, this is a bright and attractive apartment. The spacious living room, with picture window and sea-front balcony, has an open plan kitchen which is both modern and practical. The en-suite bedroom faces south, also with balcony, having a quieter outlook over the private parking area. This is an apartment which is perfect whatever the season; in the summer the beach is close enough for a pre-breakfast dip, or at other times you can just relax and enjoy the view. Many outdoor activities are available close by at the well run sailing and watersports centres; or just stroll along the promenade and go to a restaurants or bistro. The headland has many spectacular walks, or go a little further to explore the justifiable famous Pink Granite coast, with its exceptional coastline, perfect to discover either by land or from the sea. Take a boat trip to visit the nature reserve of the Sept Isles, or try some of the local seafood and crepes. There are many varied festivals and exhibitions during the summer as well as local markets, giving a lively and strong local identity.

    Die Wohnung am Strand von Treguignec liegt Traumhaft, am wunderbaren Sandstrand.
    Man kann bei Ebbe und Flut baden, die Tide beträgt ca. 6 m, Wassertemperatur 17 grd.
    Das Meer kann vom Wohnzimmer/Küche den ganzen Tag betrachtet werden, Blickrichtung Nord/Nordwest. Schlafzimmer hat gegen Süden einen Balkon, leider über dem Parkplatz. Der Orsteil ist sehr ruhig, 1 Creperie mit einfachem Restaurant, Einkaufen nur in Perros-Guirecmöglich und nur mit dem Auto.
    Negativ: Der Betreuungspartner ist schlecht. Wir mußten den Ablauf im Badezimmer säubern, 1 kg Haare, Eisfach des Kühlschrankes total vereist, Dunstabzug voll mit Öl, das Fenster zum Meer ungeputzt, ein Handtuch fehlte, Küchentuch eines, Spannbetuch total verzogen und sehr dünn.
    Fernsehempfang nur möglich, da wir Fachleute sind.
    Wir sind besseres gewohnt !!”
