The property is located in a busy environment, in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Lido Sant´Angelo. The holiday apartement is located on a 60 sqm, open, closed garden plot and forest plot with meadow, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Cozy and comfortable two-storey apartment, about 300m from the beach, in the heart of Lido Sant, Angelo, Rossano's coast. The house is an independent apartment for 4/6 people. It is just a few minutes drive from the commercial heart of Rossano and the beautiful, rich and ancient citadel of Rossano Paese (where the Codex Purpureus is preserved). If you drive in a few minutes you can visit fantastic cultural sites, one of the largest water parks in Italy and incredible natural parks. Lido Sant Angelo is a coastal area that is very lively in the summer and very quiet for the rest of the year. The apartment is on a new little street and this allows you to enjoy a cozy and intimate atmosphere when you are at home, even if you can walk to a pizzeria / bar / pub / gelateria / club :) The access goes via a side road or via a field or forest path. Parking lot in the carport and on the street in front of the house.
