Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with hatch. On the lower ground floor: 1 small room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Large terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (3). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars). Please note: suitable for families. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

In the hamlet Aeschiried, 2.3 km from the centre of Aeschi, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 with trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking, single garage. Grocery 2.3 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Spiez" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 2.3 km.
