    “Einmal und nie wieder Positiv: Pool und Anlage, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar Negativ: Wohnung für 7 Personen gebucht, alles zu eng, Sanitäre Anlagen veraltet, Dusche zu eng konnte man sich kaum drehen. In der ganzen Wohnung zu wenige Steckdosen und die falsche Wohnung bekommen da sie irrtümlich weiße anderweitig weiter Vermietet hatten. Am Anreisetag nur CHAOS und STRESS gehabt bis wir eine Wohnung in der Anlage bekommen haben.”

    “Sauberkeit war überhaupt nicht gegeben. Nach dem Einchecken wurden uns die Schlüssel und die Bettwäsche übergeben mit den Worten, das alles fertig ist und ein Mitarbeiter hat uns zur Wohnung gebracht (gegen 14.00 Uhr). Dort angekommen mussten wir feststellen, dass die Wohnung nicht geputzt wurde, erst am Abend (gegen 18.00 Uhr) kamen zwei Putzfrauen, die dann auch noch 10€ aus dem Kinderzimmer und unser mitgebrachtes Toilettenpapier mitgenommen haben (eine halbe Papierrolle von ihnen wurde da gelassen). Die Töpfe, die vorhanden waren, hat noch niemand geputzt, nur darin gekocht und diese dann nur mit Wasser ausgespült, das Fett aber drinnen gelassen, was natürlich bei 37 Grad zu riechen begann.

    Leider keine Klimaanlage im oberen Stockwerk, dadurch waren die Nächte genauso heiß wie die Tage. Die Einrichtung war sehr alt, mit billigsten Sperrholz Möbeln --> Küchenzeile so schief, dass schon seit längerem das Wasser an der Wand hinunter rinnt und Schimmel unter der Spüle verursachte. Im 2. Bettzimmer ist hinter den Betten Bildung von Salpeter, ein Bett in diesen Zimmer musste ich Notdürftig mit einem Kochtopf und einem Schneidbrett reparieren. Kurzum: alle Möbelstücke, von den Schränken bis hin zu den Stühlen, ist alles defekt bzw. sehr ausgeleiert und müsste meiner Meinung nach sofort ersetzt werden, da zum Teil von den Stühlen her Unfallgefahr besteht. Der Kaffee - Automat war defekt, wurde allerdings gleich von der Agentur ersetzt.”

    “Alles da, was für einen kurzen Urlaub nötig ist: Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Im Bad hat alles funktioniert. Genug Platz für 6 Personen und ruhige Lage. Schwimmbad sehr schön und sauber.
