Idyll in an olive grove near the beach

The house enjoys a central location in the green bay of Potamia/Golden Beach, amidst an extensive olive grove with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.

The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, a parasol and two garden loungers. From there you can enjoy a view of the surrounding mountains. In summer, some grape vines provide shade on the cosy terraces. There is a beautifully planted garden with colourful roses right in front of the house. You can use a nearby swimming pool (just 30 metres away, concealed behind olive trees) at any time.

The detached house of around 60m² has a large terrace and a beautifully laid out garden. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided. The light living and dining room includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a cosy dining corner, a sofa and a flatscreen TV. There are two separate bedrooms and an adjoining bathroom with a shower.

The kilometre-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within easy walking distance. You can find a hospitable Greek taverna and a supermarket nearby (ca. 100m). The rustic mountain village Potamia and the vibrant Skala Potamias are also within walking distance, with many restaurants, bars, car hire, shopping facilities, souvenir shops, beaches, walking paths and everything you need for your holiday.
