Holiday apartment in a beautiful residential complex on a hillside and close to Lake Maggiore, 800 m from the pebble beach. Terrace with stunning views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. For shared use: nice grounds with swimming pool and children's playground. 500 m the center of Germignaga. About 2.5 km Luino with ferries to other picturesque towns along the lake and to the Borromean Islands. Promenade with good restaurants with local specialties. Ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful hamlets and countryside around the lake. The surrounding area offers many hiking and biking trails. From Germignaga runs an 8 km long bike&walk trail mainly along the riverbank. Possibility to order a Wi-Fi modem, a high chair and a baby bed (payment on spot).
