This spacious holiday home is situated almost in the centre of Novi Vinodolski. Even if the outdoor area is scarce, there is a swimming pool for relaxation and refreshment during the summer months available. Prepare also various dishes on the grill. The house consists of three floors connected with external stairs, while the minimum ceiling height is in the attic 80cm. From the covered and open terraces you have a wonderful view of the sea and Novi Vinodolski. The centre of Novi Vinodolski is about a 2-minute walk away and to the sea a little more. We recommend visiting also the tourist destinations Crikvenica and the island of Krk with sights and beautiful beaches. Fire station in the immediate vicinity.
