Nice Holiday Apartment La Perla with patio

This holiday flat is located in a modern, bright and comfortable newly built house. It is in an elevated position in a small housing complex on the southern edge of Conil de la Frontera. It is located on the first and top floor.Lovingly furnished holiday flat with a large patio in a central location on the Rio Salado. Enjoy the beautiful views over the valley to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains and relax by the beach

The living/dining room has two sliding glass doors, granting access to the 40 m² south easterly main patio. It offers stunning views. On a clear day, you can even see the Atlas Mountain Range. Enjoy beautiful views from anywhere in the apartment. The patio is furnished with two sun loungers and a small table. A glass table and six chairs under an awning let you enjoy your meals al fresco. Each room has a private patio. The staircase or the elevator grants access to the garden, only accessible to residents of the small complex. An intercom lets you manage the front door. Parking is available in the underfloor garage. The elevator takes you from the parking garage via the pool area to the apartment. The gate is electronically controlled.

The penthouse "La Perla" is indeed this - a pearl. It is a high end, modernly furnished holiday home with all modern amenities. It has been available as a holiday rental since 2015. The owner has equipped the flat as though it is his own residence. The glass front was extended and insulated. Another sliding glass door was installed to grant access to the main patio; all sliding glass doors were equipped with mosquito screens. The main patio was extended. The kitchen was fitted with all necessary appliances and an air conditioning was installed. The apartment is very bright and awash with light. It accommodates two to four people in two double bedrooms, furnished with 1.60 x 2.00 m double beds and a reading/television room, which can accommodate a child on a 1.40 x 2.00 m sofa bed. The flat has two full bathrooms with a bathtub; one bathroom is ensuite. The spacious and bright living/dining room are l-shaped open plan. Enjoy the beautiful views from the dining area over the Rio Salado Valley all the way to the ocean. The dining table accommodates six people and the living room is furnished with a two and a three seater sofa. The living room boasts satellite television and radio. The modern kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a four burner induction stove, an exhaust hood, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, an iron and an ironing board; there is a breakfast nook for four in a separate room. The air conditioning (heating/cooling) offers comfortable temperatures all seasons. It services the living/dining room and the bedrooms. The apartment is ideal for long term rentals.

Shopping facilities and restaurants (300 meters) can be reached easily due to the central location. Aquatic sports abound (300-400 meters).

    “Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick von der großen Terasse und einem Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Das Zentrum von Conil erreicht man fußläufig in 15 bis 20 Minuten, zum Strand sind es ca. 20 bis 25 Minuten.

    Leider war das innenliegende Bad aufgrund eines unangenehmen Geruches zunächst nur bedingt nutzbar. Mit von uns beschafftem Rohrreiniger konnten wir das Problem dann beseitigen.
    Am Gemeinschaftspool gibt es keine Liegen, die auf dem Balkon sind leider durchgelegen.
    Wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen angegeben, ist es nachts teilweise aufgrund der Geräusche der Kläranlage erforderlich, die Fenster zu schließen, eine Geruchsbelästigung gab es aber nur einmal für einen sehr kurzen Zeitraum.

    Fazit: Schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit kleinen Unzulänglichkeiten.”

    “Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und die Ausstattung entspricht den Fotos. Durch die Höhenlage ist es z.T. windiger als im Ort. Das Geräusch der Kläranlage ist je nach Windrichtung mehr oder weniger präsent - aber kaum störend. Die Wohnung ist sowohl für 5 Personen sowie zu zweit sehr gut geeignet. Bis zum Ort sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Die Abwicklung der Formalitäten bei An- und Abreise mit dem Vermieter vor Ort erfolgt professionell und korrekt.”
