Comfortable vacation home with private pool in Pascoso (Lucca), in one of the most beautiful areas of Garfagnana. Thanks to the nearby forest, it is the ideal destination for those who love hiking. Only 16 km away there is the wonderful "Grotte del Vento" whose paths are divided into 3 sections and where it is possible to undertake special adventure routes. On the other hand, it is possible to go kayaking on the river Lima, which flows through the province of Pistoia and Bagno di Lucca. The area also offers a number of interesting towns with castles and museums that make this region unique: Lucca (24 km) with its still well preserved city walls and the museum of the great composer Puccini, Barga (33 km) one of the most beautiful hamlets in Italy and Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (37 km) with the castle Rocca Aroistesca and the fortress Mont 'Alfonso with a magnificent panoramic view of the green hills of the surrounding area. The owners live in a studio apartment on the first floor.

    “Das Objekt ist sehr schön mitten in den Apenninen gelegen. Es ist komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir fanden alles in sauberem Zustand vor. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe. Es steht eine Massage-Funktion zur Verfügung. Vor allem an heißen Tagen ist es zwischen den Bergen sehr angenehm. Das Objekt ist jedenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.”

    “Hallo Tuivilla Besucher,

    Wir waren vom 19.05.2018 bis zum 26.05 zu Besuch bei Frau Gianneccini in Pascoso.
    Das Haus liegt miten in den Bergen und ist für Liebhaber der Ruhe ein Secret Spot :).
    Das Haus ist wirklich zu empfehlen für 4-6 Personen und der hauseigene Pool ist für einen ganz alleine und sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung für einen Aufenthalt ist nicht zu beanstanden. Was eventuell mal erneuert werden müsste, sind die Elektrogeräte. Sprich der Herd und der Backofen. Weil diese sind gefühlt aus den 50ern und Gas betrieben. Die Gastgeber wohnen unten im Haus, aber in der ganzen Woche die wir da Wohnten, haben wir Sie fast nie gesehen, so das die Privatsphäre nicht gestört wurde. Die Landschaft sowie der am Haus Fließende Bergbach machen diese Ferienwohnung zu einem Secret Place. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Grüßen auf diesem Wegen die Gastgeber...

    Fazit: Wer Natur und Ruhe liebt, wird diese Villa Lieben :)”

    “Der beste Italienurlaub, den wir je hatten. Sehr gastfreundliche Eigentümer, die da sind, wenn man sie braucht, ansonsten sehr zurückhaltend. Den Pool hatten wir zu jeder Zeit für uns alleine. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich.
    Das Haus liegt in einem abgeschiedenen Bergdorf, sehr ruhig und natürlich. Perfekt um auszuspannen und aufzutanken. Wir kommen wieder, deshalb sehr zu empfehlen.”
