The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Through the property flows a brook. A bridge leads to the forest. The natural swimming pool 20X30 m on the property, the water is clean, fresh soaking and bathing is amazing. In winter you can go ice skating. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property.
