Si tratta della metà di una villetta bifamiliare molto curata, situata in località Pieve Vecchia a Manerba del Garda, nelle immediate vicinanze del paese, ma comunque in zona molto tranquilla. La locazione può ospitare un massimo di otto persone su una superficie abitabile di 142 mq.

Ampia zona giorno con cucina, zona pranzo, soggiorno e soppalco. La zona notte è composta da 4 camere da due posti letto e 3 bagni dotati di doccia e bidet. L'abitazione è dotata di riscaldamento a pavimento e impianto di aspirazione centralizzato.

Ampio giardino esclusivo cintato dotato di impianto d'irrigazione automatico. Da qui si gode una splendida vista lago sul golfo Romantica, la Rocca e l'isola dei Conigli. A disposizione degli ospiti sono inoltre un posto auto davanti all'ingresso più 4 nell'interrato.

    “Wir sind von unserem Vermieter sehr nett empfangen worden und haben uns in diesem Haus sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Räume sind ideal geeignet, um mit mehreren Personen entspannt Urlaub zu machen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und das Arbeiten in der Küche machte auch ohne Geschirrspüler großen Spaß. Der gepflegte Außenbereich und die Terrasse sind bestens geeignet, um gemütlich in der Morgensonne zu frühstücken oder den Tag romantisch ausklingen zu lassen. Die Nutzung der Tiefgarage war sehr praktisch und problemlos. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen.”

    “sehr sauber, gute Einrichtungsgegenstände, vier Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder absolut geeignet für zwei Familien,

    “Gewöhnlich parken wir unsere Autos (ein Mini und ein Audi3) in der Garage im Winter aber ich kann verstehen, daß man einige Probleme damit zum ersten Mal haben kann. Dann, mit ein wenig Aufmerksamkeit, kann man einfach rauf und runter kommen, wie andere Gäste auch gemacht haben. In der Garage gibt es viel Raum, um das Auto einfach umzudrehen. Bezüglich des Geschirrs gibt es mindestens 9 Teller, Gläser, Besteck, Tassen, u.s.w. in dem Haus, das für 8 Personen ist. Es gibt kein Geschirrspüler und kein Backherd (es gibt aber ein Minibacköfen) ... Das stand aber in der Beschreibung des Hauses klar gesagt. Danke für Ihre Bemerkung: nächstes Jahr werden unsere Gäste auch einen Geschirrspüler finden.”

    “Top Austattung, alles vorhanden wie man es auch von Ferienhäuser auf Campingplätzen kennt. Super nette Vermieter, Abwicklung hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Bei Ankunft war das Haus sehr sehr sauber. Einziges Manko, bei der Abfahrt zur Garage sitzt das Auto etwas auf. Ein tiefer gelegter Wagen sollte die Garage meiden.”
