Cosy apartment for four people with a wonderful view of Ossiachersee and the mountains

This holiday accommodation is on the ground floor of a detached single-family house amidst nature.

Its 120m² of living space for up to four people comprises two bedrooms, an open living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a guest WC. The open living room provides a TV, a sofa and further seating. The fireplace stove with a glass front, also in the living room, is available for use. The required firewood is provided free of charge. In addition, the living room has a cooking island that includes an induction hob, an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and capsules coffee machine. The bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, washing machine and hairdryer. There is a separate guest WC next to it. Each room has heating and underfloor heating, so it is pleasant also in winter.

The living room opens onto the big 100m² terrace that faces south, with a table, chairs, a grill and a breathtaking view of the mountains and Ossiacher See. Whether in spring, summer, autumn or winter – this view of nature has a special charm in any season. The generous garden provides garden furniture and play equipment and is for shared use with a further apartment. You can relax here, read a good book or spend leisurely evenings with friends and family. Two car parking spaces are available.

Please note that pets are not allowed. The wellness and fitness area with a sauna, a variety of fitness equipment, several wellness loungers and a shower is for use free of charge, shared with a further apartment. High-speed wireless Internet access is available throughout the property, including on the terrace. There is also a stereo system with a Bose surround sound system for use free of charge. The capsules for the Nespresso machine are available from the owner at a supplementary charge, or else you can bring your own. The wine chilling cupboard with two temperature zones can be filled with some items for you on request at a supplementary charge.

The nearest grocery shop and various bars, clubs, restaurants are just 4km away. It is just a ten-minute walk to Ossiacher See, where you can swim. You can see it from the accommodation. You can go on a bike tour around the lake and make use of the recreational activities at Ossiacher See. It is 15 minutes to the cable car to Gerlitzen and just 25 minutes to Villach. It is an hour’s drive to the top ski resorts of the Alps such as Nassfeld, Kranjska Gora and Bad Kleinkirchheim. It is a two-hour drive to the sea in Slovenia or Italy.

    “Positiv: Der Ausblick vom Haus auf den Ossiachersee ist ein Traum! Gut gefallen hat uns, dass alles im Haus da ist, was man benötigt. Es gibt ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Auf der Terrasse und auch im Essbereich neben der Küche jeweils ein großer Tisch mit viel Platz zum Sitzen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Spülmittel und Putzschwamm sind nur Kleinigkeiten, aber man freut sich, wenn es da ist. An die Berg- und Talfahrt gewöhnt man sich gleich, dafür gibt’s den herrlichen Ausblick auf See und Berge. Spielecke toll für kleine Kinder und direkt vor dem Appartement im Erdgeschoss steht auch noch ein Sandkasten, Spielturm mit Schaukeln und Rutsche.

    Es ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber für unseren Geschmack war das Licht im Bad und Toilette etwas zu dunkel.

    Absolut zu empfehlen! Kontakt mit Vermietern sehr nett!”

    “Immer einen Urlaub wert. Zu Hause feht einem die Bergfahrt ;-) Positiv: Schöne große FeWo mit großer, komplett ausgestatteter, Küche und Terrasse sowie fantastischem Ausblick.
    Bei Fragen wurde sofort geholfen. Negativ: Der Smooker-Grill ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Zug lässt sich nicht mehr regeln. Aber Holz gibt es ja genügend! Restaurant: Frierss Feines Haus In Villach - Sehr gute Metzgerei mit tollen Fleischangebot. Das Iron-Flank-Steak war spitze. Restaurant hat Mittags normale abends gehobene Küche.
    Die Mittagsportionen sind groß und gut. Ausflüge: Weißensee - Kleine Wanderung auf dem Weg "Morgenrot küßt Silbermond" mit Tafeln die dieses Märchen erzählt.”
