5 Bedroom Front Line, Luxury Villa in Protars Center

This beautiful and elaborate 5 bedroom, 3 storey sea front villa is located in the centre of Protaras, just a 5 minute walk to Fig Tree Bay Beach and all amenities.

As soon as you enter the property, you are greeted by the spectacular sea views that the villa offers. As you enter, you will find the lavish reception area with retractable glass ceiling and glass tiled floors that features two rattan sunbeds and a sofa bed. As you continue walking through, you will find the open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a comfortable corner leather sofa and armchair and widescreen TV, the dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 persons and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. There are large patio doors with electric blinds that lead you out to the pool area.
Leading off from the other side of the reception is a second living room area with fabric sofas, widescreen TV and DVD Player. You will also find the ground floor bathroom with a walk in shower and WC.

On the lower ground floor of the villa are four of the five bedrooms and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier. All four bedrooms have king size beds and en suite bathrooms. Two of the en suite bathrooms have bathtubs, separate walk in shower cubicles and WC and the other two en suite bathrooms have walk in shower cubicles and WC.

On the first floor, you will find the fifth bedroom with an en suite bathroom which offers a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle, kingsize bed and large windows showing the fantastic sea views.

The villa offers Free WIFI and air conditioning throughout.

Overall a stunning and lavish villa in an ideal central location, perfect for those looking for a calm and tranquil holiday.

Outside, the decked patio area features a barbecue, outside dining area with table and chairs and roman steps leading into the private pool all overlooking the ocean. There are also steps leading to the large grassy lawn and to the beach footpath.

The cosmopolitan resort of Protaras has quickly become one of the most popular tourist destinations in Cyprus in recent years. The resort has a lot to offer to visitors of all ages and is mainly geared towards families and those wanting to enjoy a sun-filled beach holiday. Along with a number of quality hotels, the resort boasts numerous luxury rental villas and apartments, which are located throughout the resort area within easy reach of all the resort has to offer.

The more lively resort of Ayia Napa with its famous nightlife Square is just a 10 minute drive away if you want to enjoy the many nightclubs it has to offer.
