Nice and Cozy Sea View Apartment

This beautiful apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful place, it is in the nice neighborhood, only 15 min away from the city crowd of Split and Trogir. Kaštel Sućurac is perfect destination for peaceful vacation, while the wide variety of entertainment, events, sights, historical buildings, cultural locations are in nearby cities Split and Trogir. There are also many nice beaches around and many beautiful places along the shore of Split and Trogir with a variety of activities to do.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. The apartment is on the ground floor and offers all you need for your summer vacation. It is clean, cozy, has beautiful views of the Split and Trogir.



I can offer the perfect accommodation on my property: a large private green garden to relax and enjoy during your stay. You may also use all organic food from all the trees (apricot,plum,fig tree,grapes), depending on the time of year. By the garden there is also big massage pool with fun park to make your days even more fun.There is the barbecue house for you to make nice meals and enjoy during the summer evenings.



To all my future guests. I'll give my best to make your stay here as much beautiful it can be, and I'll be available for anything you may need during your stay. Also will be happy to give you every information you might require (bars, restaurants, sights, beaches, various events...). I will gladly help you in organizing excursions across Dalmatia, should you require such arrangement:

Cities :Dubrovnik,Makarska, Omiš,Šibenik, Zadar
National Park: Krka, Plitvička jezera
Rafting on the river Cetina etc.

The apartment is only 1000 meters from the old town center with coffee bars, restaurants, bank, postal office, pharmacy and ambulance. Just 2 kilometers away, or 2 minutes by car, you are in front of 2 huge-sized super markets which work long hours during the summer- from 7-22h (Konzum and Lidl), where you can buy practically anything you want. Marina Kastela and additional big shopping center Interspar,Konzum,Lidl are also a few minutes away by car. You will find that the local restaurant "Kod Bunara", just 1000m away, offers Croatian domestic food at favorable prices.

Kaštel Sućurac is located between two big cities Split and Trogir (UNESCO towns). You need 15-20 min by car to reach both. Sućurac is a smaller place, but it has all the things you might need (ambulance, pharmacy, post office, bank, plenty of bars, shops and big shopping places). It has beautiful promenade by the shore with two nice local beaches.

Near the apartment is a bus station- just 400 m away, there is bus number 2 which drives directly to Split and back, while the bus number 37 connects Split and Trogir (15-20 min driving). The ferry port is located in Split if you want to see nearby islands such as Brač, Hvar, Šolta and many others (45-90 min by ferry boat).

    “Es ist eine tolle, gutgeschnittene Ferienwohnung, genug Platz für sieben Personen. Alles bis ins kleinste Detail ist durchgedacht (von Waschmaschine bis zum Korkenzieher)! Das Grillhäschen haben wir oft und sehr gern für unsere gemütlichen Abende benutzt. Die liebe und hilfsbereite Gastfamilie hat uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden.
