    “Wir hatten uns zwar auf ein einfaches, rustikal Haus eingestellt - den vorgefundenen Zustand haben wir jedoch als Zumutung empfunden. Bad/Toilette ohne Abzug - dafür mit Schimmelbefall, Dusche in einer Mini-Badewanne mit fleckigem Baumwoll-Vorhang -einfach nur ecklig. Böden und Sitzgarnitur staubig. Muffiges, feuchtes Raumklima im ganzen Haus - Entfeuchter lief jeden Tag, konnte aber auch nicht viel ausrichten. Die Sitzkissenbezüge von den Terassenmöbeln haben wir vor der Erstbenutzung in die Waschmaschine gesteckt, da diese fleckig und speckig waren und teilweise mit Tierhaaren (Hund, Katze oä.?) übersät waren.”

    “In Bezug auf diese Kundenbewertung verstehen wir nicht, warum der Kunde sich nicht während seines Aufenthaltes bei unter der vorgesehenen Telefonnummer gemeldet hat. Hätte sich der Kunde gemeldet hätten wir all diese Punkte leicht lösen können.”
