Enjoy the tranquility and privacy, near the town of Campos and about 30-40 minutes from Palma with family friends and children in this fantastic villa, which has everything you need to enjoy your holiday and relax.


The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms (one double and a two indivudual 90cm beds), 2 bathrooms, kitchen and large living room overlooking the pool and terrace, in the same lounge there is access to the outside. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom each.


In the attic there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds and the second bedroom has 3 single beds and a sofa bed for 2 people and between the two bedrooms is a full bath and a gym.


Outside you can enjoy the porch and terraces, barbecue grill and a huge garage for 4-5 cars and ample storage. Nearby you can enjoy peace and privacy, near the town of Campos and about 30-40 minutes from Palma.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00 € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00 € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. A deposit is required to secure booking.


From 7 nights booking the price includes water costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.


Bookings less than 7 nights extra 300€ final cleaning. Events (weddings, baptism, communion, birthday party, etc) can be celebrated for 150€ extra Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.


A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.


'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'. In case you have a HOTMAIL account and after 12 hours you do not have received any answer, please check your SPAM-file. Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.


The “ECOTASA” (tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. Further information about that amount can be find in the following link:


It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.

Cancellation ist possible according to the general terms and conditions of the provider e-domizil AG .

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
