Seafront apartment with spectacular views

This wonderful apartment is situated in first sea line in Son Serra de Marina, a nice beach resort for natural lovers in the area of Alúdia Bay, in the north of Mallorca.



This comfortable apartment is suitable for 4 people and comprises 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet and shower, living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player and satellite. Free WIFI Internet access works fine throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso coffee machine and all kinds of utensils.



The main terrace of 25 m2 is covered, offers spectacular sea views and is equipped with a relaxing sofa corner, and chairs and table for 6. Sliding windows leave it up to you if you want to open or close this completely glazed terrace. Connected to the terrace you have an additional shower room. Another front terrace of 10 m2 is furnished with table, chairs and two sun loungers. A barbecue with volcanic stones guarantees wonderful evening BBQ´s



On a lower terrace you find a shower and bikes to enjoy a ride along the coastline.



Son Serrra de Marina is a small seaside resort in the Alcúdia Bay and also a popular area for individualists who are seeking for the most authentic side of the Balearic islands. The beach is great for kite surfing, backs on to sand dunes and unspoiled countryside. Son Serra is situated between Can Picafort and Colonia San Pere. The Parc Natural de s’Albufera is a few miles away, like the Parc of the public estate of Son Real (unique natural landscape riddled with archaeological sites). Along the northern coast, walking, cycling or horse riding is perfect for nature lovers and typical mediterranean ports or mallorcan villages as Puerto Alcúdia, Alcúdia, Puerto Pollença, Pollença or Inca and of course also Palma de Mallorca, the capital are worth a visit.
