The house is bordered by a large pinewood and the neighborhood is quiet and completely safe.

The north of the island is one of the least populated and retains its genuine essence of Mallorca.Without a doubt, the highlight of Son Serra de Marina is its beaches. The coastline of fine sand and rocks is very shallow and the water is incredibly clear.The main beach of Son Serra, located just in front of the house, measures 450m and is ideal for the whole family. A white sand beach, called Sa Canova, offers a lovely walk of 2km to the nearby town of Colònia de Sant Pere. In the west of the village there is the beach of Son Real, communicating Son Serra de Marina with Ca'n Picafort.The virgin beaches of Son Serra de Marina are surrounded by an extensive area of dunes, which is considered protected area.

    “Ein großzügiges, gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage (Sackgasse). Sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Lediglich das zweite Badezimmer entsprach nicht unseren Wünschen, es ist mehr dazu gedacht, sich abzuspülen wenn man vom Strand kommt. Ansonsten schon zu empfehlen, wenn man einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub haben möchte.”
