The Guesthouse is clean comfortable and homely with a Large flat screen TV with USB, Free WIFI, Hot and Cold Airconditioning, Floor Heater, Bed Linens and Towels are Free. The Kitchen is Fully Equipped. Utility room with Washing Machine, Toys for Children, Books. Baby bed and High chair are available. Barbeque Areas.

The Guesthouse offers privacy, there is a Private entrance gate for you where you can park your Car, Private Wonderful Garden with Palm trees, a very Relaxing area under the Palm Trees. Own tables and chairs, sunbeds, Barbeque. Although the owner lives in the area you still have a complete privacy on your apartment,There is also communal pool free to use just 200 meters away with Tennis area. La fustera beach 12 minutes walking and import supermarket just 800 meters away.
