Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool, south facing position and west facing position. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Dining room, window onto the courtyard with air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the patio. Kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 1 bed (110 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Shower/WC. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Terrace, large garden. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6), sitting area. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. On the outskirts, 800 m from the centre of Jesús Pobre, outside the resort, 10 km from the centre of Xàbia, in the district Bisserot, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 150 m from the edge of the forest, 8 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: large terraced garden, orchard 8'000 m2 (fenced), courtyard, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop, grocery 800 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 800 m. Sports harbour 9 km, golf course (27 hole) 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

    “Overall, the villa was a good size with good facilities. Privacy was great and security with a gated drive. However, location was difficult to find - no suitable information / map given on key collection or prior to arrival, so spent over an hour attempting to find the villa once arrived in the location. Sat Nav in Spanish and coordinates given by letting agency were incorrect leading to total confusion. Language was a big issue, location meant very isolated so little English spoken and limited shops / facilities. Denia itself is approximately a 20 minute drive away. Due to location, a small welcome pack would have been ideal. Information pack in villa very limited. A grasp of Spanish is essential if booking this villa; location is very traditional and not very tourist-orientated. Key issue with the villa was cleanliness and broken facilities:
    Empty whiskey bottle found under one of the beds
    Pool hadn't been cleaned - reported on arrival, cleaned straightaway. Pool man came on Tuesday.
    Broken wine cooler fridge - repair or remove
    Coffee machine not working - reported Monday, replaced Wednesday
    3 of 5 sunbeds broken around the pool - reported Monday, replaced Thursday
    Glass found on patio near the pool
    Gardener should have visited, didn't, vegetation getting too overgrown around the pool and down the driveway. Resulting in lots of bites around the pool from insects in the surrounding trees!
    Windows all needed a good clean, inside and out
    Long hairs found on blankets
    Pans in kitchen unclean - still had grease on them
    Some external lights not working
