La Casetta Turchese is a beautiful and comfortable apartment with amazing and extensive Sea View by the village center of Praiano. It is situated at a distance of less than 10 minutes’ walk from/ to the village. In close proximity there are few restaurants, one grocery store, bus stop.
The unit has a floor of about 60 s.m and and a large outdoor terrace of circa 50 s.m.
It features one bedroom, one full bathroom, living room with divan, dining room and separate kitchenette. On the large Sea View terrace there are a table with chairs, two sun beds and a parasol; there is usually a beneficial breeze that cools down the heat of the high season.
The house is well furnished and has all the necessary utensils and items to cook
The house can accommodate 2 persons and in addition you can use the sofa to sleep on child (please note this bed has an additional cost)!
It is ideal for people with walking issue or guests unwilling to navigate steps as it is located at only 20 steps from the road.
