Cottage with shared pool and sauna.

In Codevigo, in the green of the Venice lagoon, is located this beautiful semi-detached house with communal pool and sauna.

The vacation home is part of a semi-detached house (the other unit is IVC202). The house is accessible via a staircase. From the windows you can admire a beautiful landscape of the lagoon and on clear days you can see Venice and the bell tower of San Marco.A large room on the first floor is reserved for dinners with a cook, which can be booked directly with the owners.


Both units have their own entrance with private garden, ideal for lovely evenings outdoors. The pool and the terrace with deck chairs are shared.

Take excursions on foot or by bike in the lagoon landscape. Near the house you can rent bikes, canoes and kayaks, as well as relax in the sun and kite surf. It is also an ideal place for bird watching. In consultation with the owner, a Nordic walking coach will accompany you on your excursions.


The house is a convenient starting point to visit the most beautiful places of Veneto: 1 km away there is a bus stop to Venice (20 minutes). Venice and the islands of the lagoon can also be visited by boat from Chioggia (15 km). Also nearby: Padua (25 km), Vicenza (65 km)and Treviso (60 km) with its canals and palaces.


Possibility to participate in wine tastings and tasting of local products, organized by an experienced sommelier (the owner) and horseback riding excursions, info on costs and organization directly on site.

    “Sehr ruhige Lage mitten in der Natur, sehr gut unterhaltene und gepflegte Liegenschaft, sehr freundliche und engagierte Vermieter
    Raum im Erdgeschoss ist nicht Teil der Miete dieser Wohnung und nicht frei zugänglich sondern im Besitz der Vermieter
    Einrichtung/Ausstattung durchschnittlich, schönes neues Badezimmer in jedem Schlafzimmer, Küchenzeile eher schlecht ausgestattet und ohne Licht, Klimagerät nur im Wohnbereich (auch als Heizung), Schlafzimmer mit Zentralheizung/Radiatoren (Gasheizung), veralteter Fernseher mit schlechter Bild- und Tonqualität

    Schöner Aussenbereich mit Pool, Sitzplatz und mit Liegestühlen, Grill, neu auch eine Sauna verfügbar”
