This holiday home is set in a quiet location and is ideal for a family holiday. An external staircase leads to the first floor. Just 900 metres away from the house is a brand new adventure pool. The south shore of Lake Balaton offers a fine sandy beach. Balatonszemes is a small, but very old spa town. It is primarily a place of rest and relaxation; the romantic streets invite visitors in all seasons for a beautiful walk. Particularly, the old residential street and the tree-lined promenade on the shores are fantastic. The air conditioning on the upper floor is exclusive (5 EUR /day).
