House in Cala D'or with Private Pool

This spacious comfortable villa, that has direct access to the sea, it's located only 300m. away from the sandy beach Cala Gran and 500m. away from Cala D'Or centre.

From the hall there is access to the spacious open living/dining room with access to a terrace with sea views. The kitchen is well equipped. On this floor there are two double bedroom with en suite shower room -one has access to a small interior patio and the other to a terrace with sea views. From the living room an interior stairs lead to the lower floor where there are two double bedrooms with en suite shower room and access to a cozy covered terrace with sea views.
From the kitchen there is access to an exterior stair that takes to the upper floor, where there is an exterior bedroom with a double bed, en suite shower room and a small terrace.
On the ground floor there is an exterior twin bedroom, en suite shower room and access to the garden with sea views.

The outdoor area offers a 8 x 4.5 m pool with sun loungers and the sea side garden with direct sea access via a metal ladder. The house is built on a hillside and offers several terraces with sea views.

    “Läget är helt fantastiskt. Närheten till havet med egen badvik och som alternativ, egen stor pool. Huset är stort med sex separata sovrum med egna badrum. Husests övriga utrymmen är väl tilltagna och smakfulla. Bra kök med riklig utrustning. Fina uteplatser med rum för många.
    Gott om solstolar och trädgårdsbord med stolar. Bra AC i rummen.

    Vissa fasader och vissa fönster behöver framöver renoveras. Rummen i bottenvåningen har en viss fuktlukt. Det gäller att inte stänga alla fönster i dessa rum.Behöver vädras.
    Städningen var ok. Ingen störande trafik varken på dagen eller natten.
    Helhetsintrycket är, mycket bra!”

    “Detta hus har ett fantastiskt läge med underbar utsikt. Många uteplatser att välja på. Köket har all utrustning du kan tänka dig..Rummen i nedre plan var fuktiga och den avfuktare som fanns här behövdes tömmas flera gånger dagligen, även rummet som endast hade tillgång utifrån huser hade dålig lukt från avloppet, övriga rum var bra med sköna sängar.städning och byte av handdukar fungerade bra. Om fukt och luktproblem åtgärdas är detta ett perfekt hus för stora familjer eller vänner.”

    “Vielen Dank, wir freuen uns, dass Sie eine schöen Zeit verlebt haben. Wir geben die Anregungen immer an die Eigentümer weiter. Gegen die Feutchtigkeit aufgrund der direkten Meereslage und des terrassenförmigen Baus des Hauses, ist der Entfeuchter hiflreich und zwischen den Nutzungszeiten der Klimaanlage ist Lüften hilfreich. Aufgrund der extremen Meeresnähe und einer generell hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf Mallorca lässt sich die Feuchtigkeit schwer vertreiben.”

    “Denne skønhed kan klart anbefales. Huset ligger i skønne omgivelser, lige ned til vandet og med gå - og ikke mindst svømmeafstand til stranden. Huset fungerer godt til familier, ligeledes med små børn. Vi var 8 voksene og 4 børn i alderen 1,5-6 år og omgivelserne var fantastiske for både voksene og børn.”

    “Very nice house, perfect location near shops and restaurants.
    Everything was spotless and clean and the house had all the utensils you could ask for.
    Garden and pool area was perfect and clean with plenty of sun chairs for the whole group.
    All correspondence with the agent worked very well and all our requests were met with no problems at all.”
