Quaint cottage on Jølstravatnet, the richest fishing water in all of Sogn and Fjordane. Fishing license required! Although the house is located on a road, you do not get much of the traffic on the sunny terraces around the house. Jølstratunet, the home of the painter Nikolai Astrup, is located on Jølstravatnet and is well worth a visit. Around the house is a beautiful hiking area, our tip: a guided tour to the Jostedals glacier. Or how about rafting on the river at Vassenden. You can swim either directly at the house in Jølstravatnet or in the swimming pool in Skei, about 15km away. The house has an electric toilet.
