Newly built in 2017, modern house is located in the district of torrent and has been decorated with attention to detail. The spacious living area invites guests to spend their evenings in front of the fireplace.
 The property also offers the older generation the opportunity for a longer stay, such as a cure, to feel at home. The entire living area was designed barrier-free and spacious. The facility has also been adapted for the needs of a spa stay.
 
 Located in the heart of the Ore Mountains is the spa town of Bad Schlema, renowned for its healing radon springs.
 this the spa "Actinon" offers our spa guests individual spa treatments, applications and stay arrangements. The Kurpassage with its many shops and the inviting spa gardens the resort, offer many opportunities for exercise and recreation.
 
 Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the golf course in Schlema, which is located about 4 km away.
 
 Discover with us a varied mountain landscape with its numerous hiking, cycling and riding trails, but also with natural baths and Kneipp facilities. As a winter sports are available ski trails, a ski slope with lift operation and a covered ice rink are available.
 The uniqueness of the Erzgebirge region with attractive leisure facilities such as brush and history museum, narrow gauge heritage railway, Christmas Country Erzgebirge, Badegärten or panoramic sauna with wooden tubs is ideal playground for those seeking relaxation.
 
 Visit our artisans in their shop offices, enjoy traditionelle erzgebirgisch- Vogtland kitchen or enjoy the fresh "Pilsner" from one of the oldest breweries in Germany in Vogtland Wernesgrün. Discover the variety of recreational activities such as bowling, swimming or sightseeing tours of various castles and a visit to the 20km distant Free Plohn.
