Newly built, these stunning 4 bedroom villa with private pool is a great location to watch the sunset form the 2nd floor roof-terrace or seeting all day on the big outside terrace. Villa is located just 70m from the sea and has great sea view.

Revel in the contrast between warmth and cool, sunlight and shadow at this villa. Whole day you can stretch out on the lounge chairs around the pool or on a roof terrace, cool off in the pool, sip refreshments at the sunny outdoor sitting area and prepare local seafood on the barbecue to eat at the al-fresco dining area.

Each of the villa`s four bedrooms has a king bed, air conditioning and two of them are en-suite. Main bedroom has their own terrace with sea-view. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.

You are sure to enjoy your stay in a wonderful air-conditioned villa with a fully-fitted kitchen, cable TV, en-suite bedroom, outside terrace with barbeque and sitting area and one extra guest toilet. All floors are connected with inside stairs, from garage to the roof top terrace.

On the ground floor are the garage, laundry room, guest toilet and kitchen with dining room which is connected with outside pool and bbq area. Dining table is for 10 persons. Kitchen is fully equiped.
On the first floor are living area with loggia and one bedroom with bathroom.

On the second floor are main bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet and loggia. There are also more two bedrooms with shared bathroom.

On the top is a roof terrace with sunbeds.

Guests have access to free WiFi in public areas and laundry facilities. There is also 146cm flat tv and extra projector. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Terrace is with garden, barbecue, big table with comfortable chairs and sofa for late afternoon siesta. Pool are is furnished with wooden sunbeds. Outside shower is next to the pool and has hot water.

This is enclosed property that is separated by a fence, hedge or a wall from the neighbouring properties.

For transportation, you can make use of an airport shuttle for a fee (available 24 hours), as well as an area shuttle for a fee. Multilingual staff is on hand to answer questions.

Extra equipment for children, like bed, high-chair, etc. are available on request.

The beach is just 70 m away. It is sandy beach, just 3 min walk from the apartment. If you don`t like sand, then you can walk more 400m and you will come on the gravel beach.
Nearest supermarket, bakery and farmacy are just 70m away.
