This beautiful four bedroom villa is ideally located just 15 kilometres from the centre of Montpellier and 22km from the sandy beach at Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone. It is nestled within the village of Vailhauques, in the heart of the region's vineyards and scrubland.

The villa boasts a lovely terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool, and is equipped with modern garden furniture. You will also benefit from a Jacuzzi, sauna, billiards table, a spacious kitchen, a living area, four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Be sure to visit Montpellier and discover its medieval origins, picturesque streets, as well as its many fountains. Whilst there you may wish to take the Petit Train to the Place de la Comédie and enjoy a pleasant guided tour, during which you can learn about the history of the city. Alternatively, simply relax in one of the city's restaurants or cafes and sample some delicious local cuisine.

You may also wish to visit the Gorges de l'Hérault and the authentic village of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert (24km away), where local craftsman sell their handmade goods, and travel along the canal in a canoe. Some of the region's most popular seaside resorts are within driving distance, with La Grand-Motte just 46km away and Palavas-Les-Flots only 31km away. Also highly recommended is a visit to Sète (roughly 41km away), which is home to a large Mediterranean fishing port and a magnificent indoor market. For lovers of seafood (particularly oysters), Bouzigues is well worth a visit (35km away), as is the enchanting city of Aigues-Mortes, with its ancient ramparts and beautiful views (55km away). The beaches of Grande-Motte and Grau-du-Roi are roughly 52 km away.
