Cozy cottage on a large estate with forests in and lakeside scenery. Beautiful house overlooking a small creek, Farstoprsån that flows in front of the house. On beautiful trails you can walk expanded here. On the trail Lursjöleden find mushrooms, berries and game. You can fish in several lakes such. B. Möllerödsjön, Osbyysjön or Lursjön. Good bathe are in Lursjön, on the sandy beach of Lursjöbaden where a diving board, sand beach and restaurant. The bathroom Bubbarpsbadet is recommended. The Attratkionen of Glasriget are also easily accessible from the house, as well Blekinge archipelago. Kristiastad for shopping, Naturum and Vattenriket are other beautiful destinations.     “Freie Lage; Sonne rundherum; abgelegen, mitten in der Natur. Großes Grundstück; Einrichtung komplett; schöne, verglaste Terrasse mit Schiebeelementen im ganz neuen Nebengebäude. Einstellplatz für PKW vorhanden. Eine große Wiese bietet Möglichkeiten für Ballspiele. Empfehlung: eigene Kopfkissen (die vorhandenen sind nicht zu gebrauchen!!). Wasserversorgung aus Brunnen (nichts für empfindliche Nasen). Das Hauswasserwerk befindet sich im Bad, gleich neben dem Schlafzimmer und springt bei jeder Wasserentnahme an (sehr lautes Geräusch). Das Wohnhaus ist sehr alt, auch was die Ausstattung betrifft. Tapete und besonders das Bad sollten renoviert werden.
