On Germany's largest island, this beautiful, maritime holiday home is located in a cottage village sun garden. The comfortable semi-detached house is situated directly in Altefähr, southwest of Ruegen. From here, the island is ideal to explore and enjoy. The house is located just a few hundred meters from the harbor and the beach promenade, making it ideal for long beach walks. The three cozy bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds in the other two bedrooms, equipped. The terrace can be used for family meals, for this you have the choice between a charcoal and an electric grill. On the house belonging to sunbeds you can relax and enjoy the warm sunshine. Cozy evenings in bad weather, the light-filled living area featuring a fireplace. Directly at the property is a parking lot for your car, a second is about 40 meters away.
 
 The Port of Altefähr with its unique view over the Sound and the historic old town of Stralsund is just a short stroll away. When the setting sun water and steeples immersed in a golden light, you will feel enchanted itself. the view of the church towers and the impressive Rügenbrücke can be enjoy from the beach. If you do not even have to cook feel like, you can have it go well here in the various restaurants or fish snacks. The waters off Altefähr are well suited for sailing and surfing - try it but once out! Right in town there is the opportunity to book a number of training courses in the surf and sailing school. Just a few steps from the house village sun garden is also a ropes course with exciting activities for the whole family. Even without a car is the Ferienhausdorf Sonnengarten to achieve: They make the journey already a highlight by taking in Stralsund harbor ferry the venerable White Fleet to Altefähr.
