Mare Civitas (Penthouse) is a newly renovated modern apartment that proudly stands in the majestic city of Chania. It is only a 3-minute walk from the incredible, fully equipped sandy beach and a 15-minute walk from the old town and the Venetian harbor. The living room opens to a spacious terrace, complete with a sitting area, furniture, an umbrella, and lounge chairs.
