    “Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, das Badezimmer insbesondere die Dusche war vollkommen verschimmelt und inakzeptabel.
    Zudem fehlte war die Brüstung auf der Terrasse teilweise sehr labil- man konnte sich nicht anlehnen.
    An einer Stelle der hinteren Terrassentür fehlte ein Brett, es lag mit einer Schraube versehen einfach auf der Brüstung - ungünstig, wenn man Kleinkinder dabei hat.
