The modern and tastefully furnished holiday villa is located in a nice residential area with wonderful views of the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach in Calpe, near all the amenities. The fully enclosed villa is ideal for a family holiday. It has been furnished in a modern, clean style to create a bright, airy and spacious ambience equipped with everything necessary for a great summer holiday.

The 85m² of living space are divided up as follows:

an open plan living-/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two top modern bathrooms. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a wall mounted flatscreen TV, stereo system and an open fire place. The dining area has an attractive dining table with seating for six persons. The kitchen, complete with breakfast bar, is equipped with a dishwasher, Ceran cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine. The three bedrooms all have a double bed and one even has its own kitchen unit and ensuite bathroom with a toilet and wash basin. The main bathroom offers a shower with massage function, wash basin and a toilet.

The windows are fitted with mosquito nets, there is hot & cold air conditioning, fan, floor heater, chimney, Smart TV and free WIFI.

The living area and all three bedrooms have doors leading out to a large covered terrace with a dining table and BBQ. From here you have a pleasant view of your private swimming pool with an outdoor shower and garden. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and sun shades. And from the private roof terrace you can enjoy the views across the mountains and to the sea.

Secured parking is available on site for up to three cars.

The nearest town is Calpe, with a good choice of supermarkets (Mercadona, Consum, Lidl, Aldi, a bakery etc.) Sandy Beaches, a diving area, restaurants, places to shop are only approximately 1km away.

Be it the bautiful beaches, wonderful mountains, waterfalls, fruit plantations - Costa Blanca is a perfect place to spend a vacation.
