Located in Mallemort, this vacation home with space for up to seven people invites you to a great vacation in the south of France. The comfort of the house includes a terrace on both sides, and in the well-kept garden there is a vegetable garden and a small chicken yard. Several French doors provide ample sunlight in the living room and kitchen. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a bathroom. A third bedroom upstairs has its own en suite bathroom. A sleeping alcove with a bed for one person can be made up in the living room. The driveway and outdoor area at the rear of the house are shared with the permanent tenant, who occupies an otherwise separate part of the house. The tenant is not present in the month of August. The landlords occupy a cottage at the end of the garden, but are not home during the day. The terrace, garden and pool are at everyone's disposal. The charming village of Mallemort attracts with a Provencal market and an old bell tower. 400 meters from the house you can take beautiful walks along the Durance River, and 4 km away golfers will find their luck at the Golf de Pont Royal. A 20-minute drive separates you from Salon-de-Provence as well as La Barben, with its zoo and impressive castle. Avignon and Aix-en-Provence are within a 40-minute drive, and the Mediterranean Sea with its beautiful rocky coves and great beaches is only an hour away. Look forward to many wonderful excursions in the sun-drenched Mediterranean.
